MRTA with HLA

Chloe came ytrdy to settle the MRTA. I made the payment by HSBC 1st cheque of RM2138 for (15+1)yrs MRTA, issued to Hong Leong Assurance Berhad. Chloe and her bf has bought a 2xstorey terace at Bukit Serdang near to Villa Park. RM255k and lease hold. Well furnished and extended.quite worth it i think although it is a lease hold.
